Proviz recently completed an exterior night rendering for the adaptive reuse of the former Miller & Rhoads building. This composite illustration seamlessly merges our virtual rendering of the proposed renovated exterior into a background photograph (taken by Meghan McSweeney Photography). Proviz created a complete 3D model of the exterior and then simulated a "sunset lighting condition" giving the image a more realistic feel. The rendering will be used in real estate fliers, the on-site sales center, and the development’s website. View Project
